Our Services
Specialist neurodiversity support for adults. Whether you have a formal diagnosis, are late-identified, self-identified or still waiting for assessment, you are in the right place. Seren helps neurodivergent adults build strategies that fit their whole life, not just their job.
Support that starts with you
This is not a productivity course. It is not a list of ADHD hacks. It is not someone telling you to try a timer.

It is a space - probably one of the first you've had - where someone starts with you. We take the time to understand what has led you to here. The patterns you've carried for decades without knowing why.

From that understanding, we build strategies that fit your actual brain and your actual life. Most clients notice something shifting within the first few sessions. Not because the support is magic. Because it's finally built on the right foundation.

Prices from £80. Packages available. May be funded through Access to Work.

When Work Has Reached a Breaking Point
Something has happened. A performance review that blindsided you. A disciplinary you didn't see coming. A job you're about to lose, or have already left. You're not looking for a long programme. You need someone who understands neurodivergence and the workplace to sit with you now and help you work out what comes next.

This is that support.

We help you make sense of what's happened, understand what reasonable adjustments you should have had, and find a path forward - whether that's staying, negotiating, or leaving on your own terms.

Prices from £80. May be funded through Access to Work if you're still employed.  If your situation is urgent, please say so when you book.
We start with your whole life, not your job descriptionÂ
Before we discuss work, we understand you. Your sleep, your sensory experience, your relationships, your history, your identity. Most support skips this entirely. Seren doesn't, because strategies built without this foundation don't last. You probably already know that.
"Work strategies only stick when the whole person is understood first."
We work out what's actually getting in the way
Not what's on your job description. Not what your manager has flagged. What is genuinely making things hard for your specific brain, in your specific life, right now. This is different for everyone, which is why everything we build is different for everyone.
We help you keep them working
The goal is never dependency on support. It's self-knowledge deep enough that you can adapt your own strategies as your life and work change. Most clients continue independently within three to six months, and come back when something shifts rather than staying indefinitely.
We build strategies that fit your actual brain and life
Not a productivity system someone else designed. Not a generic ADHD framework with your name on it. Strategies built around how you actually function, your energy cycles, your sensory needs, your cognitive profile - that work in the real conditions of your life.

Questions we hear the most
Do I need a formal diagnosis to work with Seren?
No. Seren works with formally diagnosed, self-identified and everyone in between. A diagnosis does not define whether support is relevant to you your experience does. Many of the adults we work with are on NHS waiting lists for ADHD or autism assessment, some have chosen not to pursue a formal diagnosis, and others have identified themselves through reading, research and recognising their own experience. All are equally welcome. You do not need a piece of paper to deserve support.
What conditions does Seren support?
Seren works with adults across the full range of neurodivergent conditions including ADHD, autism spectrum conditions, dyslexia, dyspraxia (developmental coordination disorder), dyscalculia and sensory processing differences. Many of our clients have more than one co-occurring condition - which is extremely common. We also work with adults who are not yet formally identified but recognise their experience in descriptions of neurodivergence. If you are unsure whether Seren is the right fit, the free discovery call is the place to find out.
What is neurodiversity support and how is it different from therapy?
Neurodiversity support is a practical, forward-focused process that helps neurodivergent adults understand how their brain works and build strategies that fit their actual life. Unlike therapy, support does not focus on diagnosing or treating mental health conditions - it focuses on building self-knowledge, identifying barriers, and creating personalised strategies for daily life and work. Seren's whole-life approach goes further than most support by starting with the full picture - identity, relationships, sleep, sensory needs and daily structure - before addressing workplace or professional challenges. If you are also working with a therapist or psychologist, support can run alongside that work effectively.
How does Seren support work what does a typical session look like?
Every Seren engagement begins with a whole-life exploration - understanding you as a complete person before we discuss any workplace strategies. Sessions are typically 60 minutes, held online via video call or in person for clients within reach of Emma's base in England. We work at your pace. There are no rigid frameworks - everything is built around how your brain specifically works, what your life looks like, and what is genuinely sustainable for you. Most clients start to notice meaningful change within the first few sessions.
Is support available online or only in person?
Both. The majority of Seren support is delivered online via video call, which means it is available to adults across the UK regardless of location. Online support is equally effective and removes barriers around travel, sensory demands of commuting and scheduling flexibility - all of which matter significantly for neurodivergent adults. In-person sessions are available for clients based within reach of Emma's location in England. This will be confirmed at the discovery call.
Can my employer fund neurodiversity support through Access to Work?
Yes neurodiversity support may be funded through the Access to Work scheme if you are in employment. Access to Work typically offers funding for 12 support sessions, which can be extended to 24. You apply directly to the Department for Work and Pensions via the Access to Work scheme your employer does not need to fund this directly. A formal diagnosis is not always required to apply, though having evidence of how your neurodivergent condition affects your ability to work will support your application. We are happy to discuss Access to Work at your free discovery call and can provide documentation to support your application.
